Kids Yoga With Erika delivers kids yoga & mindfulness programs in early learning centres, schools and community classes on the Sunshine Coast (QLD).
Welcome to Kids Yoga with Erika!
Hi, I’m Erika — kids yoga teacher, mindfulness mentor, and mum of two.
I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years and since my first child, realized the benefits that it has on children's wellbeing. In 2021 I began teaching it to children professionally through playgroups, and private yoga classes. This led me to completemy Kids Yoga Teacher Training and Early Years Yoga Training and started teaching at early childhood education centers and schools.
I created Kids Yoga with Erika to give children something I believe every child deserves:
- Tools to understand and manage their big feelings
- A safe space to move, breathe, and express themselves
- Creative sessions that support emotional resilience & confidence
Through yoga, mindfulness, and movement, I help children aged 3–12:
- Navigate emotions with confidence
- Build body and self-awareness
- Develop focus and calm through fun and playful sessions

Kids Yoga Classes for School Holidays, After Care and Incursions (PREP-Y6)
Flexible class duration: 30 to 60 minutes, structured to suit your time and aligned to any particular theme of the week/event.

I’ll work closely with you and customize the classes to meet your needs. My classes bring a fun and nurturing yoga experience that encourage the children to discover their inner potential in a non-threatening environment and to feel good about themselves, both inside and out.
